Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from US warehouses via our 3PL partner. Orders placed before the daily warehouse cutoff ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Shipping carriers and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
30-day returns: You may return any unused product in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Return shipping: Buyers cover return shipping, except when the item arrived defective, damaged, or not as described — in those cases we cover it, your choice of replacement or refund.
Opened items: If you’ve opened the box, we can still accept the return within 30 days provided all accessories and packaging are included; a restocking note may apply for high-value electronics — contact us first.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
To start a return: Email us with your order number — we’ll send a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right — replacement or full refund including return shipping, your call.
